認識化療藥品UFT

UFT 為口服之抗腫瘤藥物，每粒膠囊中含有 100 mg 之Tegafur 及 224 mg 之 Uracif。劑量為 Tegafur ( 300 ~ 350 mg/m2/day )，一日分 2 ~ 3 次口服，一般使用 28 日休息 7 日，以 35 日為一治療週期。

副作用

  • 腹瀉：由於化學藥物對腸道黏膜細胞的損傷或刺激腸道蠕動加快，而出現腹瀉，為最常見之副作用。
  • 噁心嘔吐：給予適當止吐劑症狀在治療後 3 ~ 5 天會慢慢消失。
  • 口腔炎：應做好口腔衛生，預防口腔潰瘍，疼痛不適，發生避免辛辣及刺激性食物。
  • 血球減少：白血球降低，貧血或倦怠、血小板減少，應注意避免感染。

  • 此藥需保存在室溫下。
