如何輪椅轉位

從床邊轉位到輪椅

  • 病人坐於床邊，輪椅靠近置於健側邊並與床沿夾 45°角，請注意需將輪椅剎車固定及腳踏墊掀開以免危險。( 如圖 )
  • 病人以健側手扶輪椅的對側扶手，靠健側腳站立、轉身慢慢坐到輪椅上。
  • 放下腳踏板，將病人下肢置於舒適的位置。

從輪椅轉位回床上

  • 讓健側邊輪椅靠近病床並與床沿夾 45°角，鎖上剎車，掀開腳踏墊，腳置於地板。
  • 病人移動臀部，坐於輪椅前1/3處。
  • 健側手扶住床沿，以健側腳站立、轉身慢慢坐回床上。

注意事項

  • 使用輪椅前先檢查煞車是否可固定、有無螺絲鬆脫等等。
  • 注意管線( 如：尿管、點滴 )，避免在轉位過程中拉扯。
  • 如膝關節因石膏而無法彎曲，請使用( 膝蓋伸直型 )骨科輪椅。
