2024年第25屆NHQA國家醫療品質獎-卓越中心組【特色中心】：眼科醫學中心

特殊兒少常無法在一般門診接受檢測，需特殊儀器並較費時。 孩童出生後視覺仍需持續的刺激，即早透過適當診斷，並透過復健介入，改善生活能力與表現是相當重要的。早期的視覺訓練對神經增加可塑性嬰幼童在視覺功能上取得較大進步。對特殊兒少的視覺檢測及訓練，提供他們及所屬的家庭生活學習及之後融入社會的極為重要。對特殊孩童生活自理及家庭學習生活均有顯著改善。
