2025年第5屆臺灣永續行動獎

以「醫心深耕山林祝福：從營養到賦權，織就台灣原鄉健康韌性網」主題，榮獲SDG2消除飢餓最佳行動方案銀級殊榮。本案透過臨床檢測與健康雲端建檔，改善學童與長者營養，培訓部落媽媽成為健康照護推動者。廚房並兼具平時供餐與災時應變功能，展現永續與包容的社區治理模式，成為可複製的原鄉健康示範典範。
